Another planning milestone was taken within our RIVIUM residential development

We’re happy to share that another milestone was taken with in the RIVIUM development. Together with the Municipality of Capelle aan den IJssel and the other four development partners we have signed the Anterior and Cooperation Agreement. Another step closer to transforming the RIVIUM business park into a vibrant, future-proof residential district with 5,000 new houses!
This transformation will bring a diverse mix of rental and owner-occupied housing, across various price ranges, creating a new, inclusive neighbourhood that contributes to solving the housing challenge in the Rotterdam region.
Key features:
Rivium will be a vibrant residential neighbourhood, where around 5,500 houses are planned to be built in various price ranges
Redevco’s part of the project covers 90,000 sqm with 763 homes
In addition to housing, there will be facilities to create a lively, green neighbourhood. For example, our block will include a school, as well as hospitality venues and meeting spaces.
